26.02.2016 Integration of crushing and grading complex into coal handling complex control system.
From January 25 to February 17, 2016 ASC specialists implemented integration of crushing and grading complex DSK-26 into coal handling complex PPK-3 control system. Crushing and grading complex DSK-26 is a complicated unit consisting of conveyors and roller screens, magnetic junk baskets, 2 crushers and vibrating feeders. The complex also includes hydraulic power packs, aspiration system and dampers. Crushing and grading complex is fitted with S7-300 controller and a touch screen operator panel.
Interconnection with crushing and grading complex controller was installed in the central S7-400 controller responsible for PPK-3 process. List of signals for data exchange was fixed. A new process element (DSK26 on conveyor VS26) was added to PPK-3 process screens. Current status of the crushing and grading complex is displayed; interlocks during simultaneous work with the main conveyor are implemented.
Crushing and grading complex control system allows for display of additional information about subsystems and mechanisms, alarm messages, messages about operators’ actions.
