17.03.2016 Commissioning of electrical equipment of 30/5-ton crane control system. From November to December 2015 ASC specialists carried out commissioning of electrical equipment of 30/5-ton crane control system in the power generating unit No.3 at Beloyarskaya Nuclear Power Plant. These works were executed as a part of crane equipment upgrade without replacement of electric motors and power generating unit shutdown. Control system equipment was completely replaced:
- electric drive of crane bridge travel;
- electric drive of trolley travel mechanism;
- electric drive of main hoisting mechanism;
- electric drive of auxiliary hoisting mechanism;
- electric drives of hoists.
Design documentation was prepared by NPO VNIIPTMASH JSC. PLC and visualization panel software development as well as converter parameterization was done by ASC engineers. Equipment was manufactured by ASC.
