18.05.2016 Automated process control system of high pressure pump and accumulator station.
In the first quarter of 2016 commissioning of a new automated process control system of high pressure pump and accumulator station in workshop No.21 was finished. The station is used for pressure fluid supply to the 12000 ton-force press.
Automated process control system is based on Siemens automation equipment. Control of high voltage motors of high pressure pumps is implemented with soft starters PAD-V-K-100-6k-1 manufactured by ASC.
Automated process control system of high pressure pump and accumulator station includes automation components called “Safety”. This helps increase reliability of process interlocks. Profibus network with ring topology is implemented. Both fiber optic and electrical communication links are used.
