Commissioning of automated transfer line in the medium diameter pipe complex.
ASC engineers together with specialists of PRISMA Impianti SpA (Italy) have commissioned pipe transfer mechanisms, pipe and coupling marking units (marking is made with paint or by stamping), pipe weighing and length measurement systems, pipe bundling and packing machines, pipe internal surface cleaning unit. Interfaces for communication with units provided by other manufacturers (BRONX, LAZZARY, EMAG, ELTI, SIGNODE, GAUSS, SMS, ULTRAKRAFT) have been set up.
Automation system is based on Siemens S7-317F controller, SCADA WinCC 7.0, TP277 operator panels. LENZE frequency converters (Motec 8400, TopLine, HighLine series) are used to control motors of the mechanisms.
