Retrofitting of circular heating furnace in wheel-rolling shop.
The whole scope of design, construction and installation (including delivery of equipment), commissioning works and warranty tests for Retrofitting of circular heating furnace No.2 (30 m diameter) in the wheel-rolling shop was fulfilled. The retrofitted furnace was put into commercial operation.
The retrofitting included replacement of furnace lining, charging and discharging machines, roller conveyor group, furnace heating facilities and automation system. Billet tracking throughout the whole furnace shop has been provided.
CJSC “ASC” acted both as the performer of works and the general contractor.
