Automated control system for limestone treatment area (furnace plant with gas cleaning). Developing documentation for «Dobryatino lime and lime dust production plant» («DZPIMI») has been completed.
The designed system fulfills the following functions:
- process variables measurement;
- process variables deviation monitoring;
- equipment status control;
- automatic process parameter adjustment;
- automatic and manual remote control;
- automatic blockings;
- process variables visualization, record-keeping and archiving;
- emergency shutdown (furnace safety automation);
- self-diagnostics of equipment of high level process control system.
Supervisory control and data acquisition system addresses the following process sections, control systems and units:
- limestone preparation, proportioning and feed to furnace plant unit;
- furnace plant incorporating hydraulic system, closed-cycle tuyeres cooling system, gas cleaning system, combustion air supply, limestone cooling and gas supply systems.
