Modernization of clear railway track section availability/occupancy control system (the 2^nd phase of project on coal loading system PPK-3).  
Upgrade of the capabilities of the system was completed with a range of works on implementation of clear railway track section availability control devices with the use of rolling stock axle counting system “CCO-ASC” (Conforms to technical regulations of the Customs Union 003/2011 “On the security of railway transport infrastructure”. Declaration No. EAEU No. RU D-RU.AG78.B.33103).
