LLC «VPT-Neftemash», the city of Moscow

Production and delivery of VFD container for mud pump drives based on frequency converters of «VARIANT» family of CJSC «ASC» make. Within the period from July to October, 2018 a container-type silicon-controlled rectifier device with the use of a modular variable-frequency drive of «VARIANT» family — 1350kW, 690V, 1350A, including pump control console and driller’s control, was produced and shipped to the customer. The converters serve the purpose of controlling the power induction motors YDB423-1200/600-RL, 1200 kW, 600V, 50Hz for mud pumps F-1600 (PRC manufacture).
The shipped equipment package is the fourth repeat project that was executed on basis of frequency converters of «VARIANT» family of CJSC «ASC» make and delivered to customer LLC «VPT-Neftemash». At the present moment production of the fifth equipment package is in progress; its shipment is scheduled for December, 2018.
