Software design and commissioning of large-diameter pipe transport system.
Development and implementation were carried out under a contract with SMS Group.
The following types of works were performed:
- Pipes transportation PLC and HMI software design.
- Pipes Material tracking system software design.
- PLC Software test before commissioning using 3D modelling in cooperation with SMS Group Simulation department.
- Drive systems and control software set up and commissioning for pipe roller conveyors and relevant manual, semiautomatic and automatic material flow handling.
- Wireless Longitudinal and cross transfer carriages with laser controlled bar code positioning systems commissioning.
- of communication software for MES software of the production line.
- Production support and process optimization for all machines on site such as Marking robot, Varnish coater, Magnetic Particle Tester, Demagnetizer, Beveling Machine, Mechanical Expander, Hydrotester, Tack Welding Machine, Crimping Press, Edge Milling Machine, Ultrasonic Testers, X-Ray Testers.
