Retrofit of hydrogen station control system.
The works on retrofit of hydrogen station No.2 control system were completed. The warranty testing of supplied and adjusted equipment was successfully finished in September.
The upgraded (installed under the project) equipment includes the following:
- power rectifier units. The obsolete diode rectifier blocks were replaced by thyristor rectifier units of SVP-6300-460-10-UHL type, manufactured by CJSC «ASC». The advantage of the new rectifier units as compared to the diode ones lies in the fact that they allow of current fine setting for hydrogen electrolytic reduction with no need for transformer tap switching;
- control cabinets for rectifier units with Siemens Sinamics DCM control modules, switching equipment;
- gas analyzer stands: measuring of hydrogen in oxygen and oxygen in hydrogen on the exit of pressure control devices (electrolyzers), residual oxygen after converters and humidity after dehydrators;
- hydrogen (methane) content in the air, temperature, pressure, flow, pressure drop control and measuring devices; in the course of retrofit there were installed the explosion-proof control and measuring devices for all afore-mentioned measurement points (over 300 of measurement points). Gas analyzer stands were installed too along with control system enabling control of explosive concentrations in the rooms of electrolysis area and gas analyzing facility;
- control (impulse) lines up to the racks of control and measuring devices, block valves and fittings on control (impulse) lines, cable links.
