The activities on design and delivery of electrical power equipment and automated control systems for infrared heating of coal wagon walls in wagon thawing stations No.1 and No.2 before wagon tipplers operated at LLC «Sea port Sukhodol» were completed.
During working on the project the detailed engineering design documentation was developed on basis of «KOCH Solutions GmbH» Germany standards (both in Russian and English language). Some of the documents were adapted to the Russian standards allowing for manufacture, erection and putting this equipment into operation in the territory of Russian Federation. Besides, according to the contract with «Koch Solutions», the application software and algorithms for automated control system of wagon thawing station No. 1 and wagon thawing station No.2 were developed and tested, while the automated control system mentioned was integrated with automated control systems of technological equipment supplied by «KOCH Solutions» GmbH.
The following equipment items were produced, tested and dispatched to Sukhodol port as part of the supply package of electrical power equipment and automated control systems:
— Electric heaters «Infrasib» — 1728 pcs.
— Connecting boxes KOC-250 complete with cables – 96 pcs.
— Swiveling elements of electric heaters «Infrasib» complete with fixing arrangements – 336 pcs.
— Controller cabinets S7-1500 – 2 pcs.
— Remote input/output cabinets — 2 pcs.
— Local control desks – 10 pcs.
— Pyrometer sets – 32 pcs.
— Control and instrumentation sensors and sound and light signaling for equipment control – 2 sets.
— Wagon axle measuring sensors and speed sensors «CCO-ACK» – 4 sets.
— Visualization system on basis of ТР1200 – 4 pcs.
— Cable products for automated control system – 6 km.
— Spare tools and accessories kits – 2 pcs.
All equipment was packed, shipped and handed over to Customer — «Koch Solutions» GmbH — in four 40-foot railway containers providing for its durable safekeeping at sea port Sukhodol till the moment of commencement of construction and assembly works.
