Retrofitting of Sundwig 720 mill electric drives PJSC Asha Metallurgical Plant, the town of Asha, Chelyabinsk region.
The commissioning activities performed by our engineers at SUNDWIG 720 cold rolling mill in sheet rolling shop No.3 of PJSC Asha Metallurgical Plant (the town of Asha, Chelyabinsk region) have been completed.
The main stage of retrofitting took place in 2017 and was also performed by CJSC ASC engineers as part of the project on retrofitting the electric drives of rolling mill stand and winders No. 1 and No.2 of Sundwig 720 cold rolling mill. During the current stage of 2024 the power transformers were replaced; the software of Sinamics DCM CM electric drive control modules and the technology software extension based on CU320 module by “Siemens” was updated.
