Electrical equipment update for a continuous pickling line.
The electrical equipment update for a continuous pickling line took place in 3 stages and was completed in March, 2024. The following activities were performed:
- — replacement of all electric drives of transfer mechanisms with digital drives by Siemens along with installation of pulse and absolute speed transducers and angle encoders;
- — installation of a new process control system Level 1 and 2 with the use of Siemens equipment, including new control panels and HMI.
The continuous pickling line is currently in continuous operation and outputs products of a required quality.
