New trams in the cities of Krasnodar and Ekaterinburg.
Ust-Katav Car Building Plant has completed delivery to Krasnodar of fully low-floor tram cars 71-628 (29 pcs.), containing the electrical traction and support equipment, manufactured by JSC ASC. The tram cars currently undergo the acceptance procedure, which is about to end, in Krasnodar, and are expected to appear on the streets of the city one and all by the New Year.
As for Ekaterinburg, Ust-Katav Car Building Plant has so far delivered to it 12 of 16 contract-stipulated, articulated fully low-floor tram cars 71-639 «Castor», containing the electrical equipment, manufactured by JSC ASC. All tram cars have already taken the route; it is largely route No.18. The remaining 4 cars shall be delivered in January, 2026. JSC ASC fulfilled its obligations on delivery in the beginning of November, 2025.
