Low- floor tram model 71-418.
The certificate relating to the fact the tram had survived all relevant tests was signed by the inter-departmental commission. Low-floor tram model 71-418 was designed at JSC «Uraltransmash» (being a part of JSC «Research and production company Uralvagonzavod» it belongs to Rostech state corporation). The tram meets the requirements of «Accessible environment» program, enabling barrier-free travel of people belonging to not mobile category of citizen, elderly people and passengers carrying perambulators in urban settlements. Electric traction drive for bogies, movement control system, as well as electrical support equipment were designed and produced by CJSC «ASC» specialists. The fact that our companies have been involved in a long-standing partnership is proved by the circumstance that all previous types of trams produced by JSC «Uraltransmash» were equipped with the traction electric drive of CJSC «ASC» manufacture.
