The works on putting the equipment of a new tube heat treatment line into industrial operation were finished in tube rolling shop No. 1.
The capacity of a new line is up to 300 thousand tons of tubes per year. The line provides for heat treatment of tubes with diameter from 168 to 370 mm with wall thickness from 6,4 to 40 mm.
Tube straightening machine and sizing mill by OAO «EZTM» being part of the line were commissioned too. For OAO «EZTM» CJSC «ASC» performed activities on design, production and delivery, erection supervision, start-up and adjustment of electric equipment and control system on a full-scale basis.
The control system is built on basis of Simatic S7-1500 controller with ET200SP distributed input/output stations. SCADA system — WINCC Professional by «SIEMENS». A single software development environment Tia Portal v.15 is used.
Complete digital converters SINAMICS S120 by «SIEMENS» based on power modules PM240-2 and control modules CU-320 2DP are used as part of the project.
Start-up and adjustment activities along with performance tests were executed jointly with specialists of OAO «EZTM» company – the supplier of processing equipment.
Electric equipment and software.
The electric equipment and software were commissioned together with SMS Group (the supplier company of processing equipment for heat treatment line); assistance to performance tests and PAO «Sinara Tube Works» staff training in the areas of Hardening furnace, Tempering furnace, Quenching area and Pipe Transportation system was rendered too.
