Evolving the process parameter control system.
The next due stage of evolving the process parameter control system has come to an end – the energy accounting functionality has been added. A stage-by-stage change-over of energy resource accounting from the «Energy» hardware components set and manual generation of report documents to the «SKTP» common information platform, developed using the «Cascade» system (Developer — «Sibcom-Cifra»), is underway at OJSC Severstal-metiz enterprise. Yet another stage of this work has been completed.
The system implements the following functions:
- • Calculation (summation for consumptions and averaging for other parameters) and primary data archiving 1 time per 3 minutes.
- • Calculation and archiving of hourly values of energy accounting parameters based on primary data (summation for consumptions, averaging for other parameters).
The functionality of the system provides the user with:
- • Calculation and display of an energy resource consumption table (per day, decade, month, year) by hourly archives.
- • Current measurement values for a channel.
- • Tables of summed up and averaged values (hour, full day, month) for a channel, by three-minute values.
- • Tables of instantaneous values of resource consumption (real-time data instantaneous three-minute values).
- • Tables and reports with calculation of energy resource consumption balance (for each one separately).
