Package of works on upgrading the automation systems for filters of twin jaw crushers and hammer crushers, filters of clinker mills No.202 and No.203.
The purpose of upgrading was to replace the obsolete and worn-out electrical equipment and automatic control systems while maintaining the scope of application and without compromising the nameplate ratings of the equipment used.
Implementation of the project resulted in:
- • replacement of process controllers S7-200 by S7-1200, along with development of a new control program;
- • replacement of start-control devices;
- • performance of a set of works on integrating the compressor plants into the APCS;
- • replacement of operator workstation at filters of clinker mills No.202 and No.203, along with installation of new visualization software WinCC instead of already-existing one — Software Promotic (the Czech Republic). The programmable logic controller Siemens S7-1200 was used as a control device. For the purpose of process visualization a dust-proof workstation, with WinCC software, having been installed on it and configured correspondingly, was used;
- • installation of operator workstations with visualization software WinCC at filters of twin jaw crushers and hammer crushers.
